TERMS OF SERVICE
You must be over 18 years of age to contract with us.
By placing an order throughout our website (www.jewellerymadness.com), you are offering to purchase a product subject to the terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from force majeure or postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
Jewellery Madness retains the right to refuse any request and/or order made by you.
If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you declare that all details you provide to us are true and accurate.
The cost of products and services may be altered from time-to-time and the prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Jewellery Madness allows you to check your order and edit / correct any errors before completing your purchase.
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
This email will only be a confirmation and will not constitute acceptance of your order by us.
Jewellery Madness retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing it.
A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been received by us and the order has been dispatched.
A second email will be sent to you confirming these arrangements.
The title of goods will not be transferred until they have been shipped.
PRICING - AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All goods and service prices are quoted in EURO
All goods and service prices are inclusive of 19% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Delivery costs will be charged additional and such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the final total price.
We strive to make every piece of information of the website as accurately as we could. The website though may contain typographical errors or error in pricing or product information other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

If your delivery address is outside the EUROPEAN UNION, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country.
These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Cyprus.
Orders may be cancelled any time before 09:00 a.m. (Eastern European Time) of the following day or your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. Jewellery Madness orders are delivered from the following day of your order, from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 14:00 a.m. When a product is delivered, the buyer will be notified, via email, with the tracking number of the shipment.
Deliveries CANNOT be made to P.O. Box addresses.
Due to hygiene reasons we do NOT accept returns of our products unless those products are defect.
The defected product you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be substituted or refunded and returned to the customer. Our defected product return policy lasts 14 days.
You have two (2) business days, from the date you received the product, to inform us, via email, about the defect and you must return the product to us, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received it. We are not bound to substitute or refund any defect product if you fail to notify us and send us the defected product within the aforementioned time limits.
Once your return defected product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. As a first option we will substitute the product with a same non-defected one and in case we cannot do so, we will refund you in full. If we proceed with a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days from the day we will notify you that we will proceed with a refund. Please ensure that outside the post box/envelope you state, clearly, that you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot substitute or refund items that do not reach us safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses.
This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery Madness Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
